This guarantee is in addition to your legal rights, in particular the right of withdrawal and the legal guarantee of conformity.

Eligibility conditions
- Duration of use: you must have used MicoZen serum for 100 consecutive days, according to the instructions provided (regular daily application).
- Request deadline: the refund request must be made within a maximum period of 105 days following the order date.
- Evidence of use: you will be asked to provide dated photos (before processing, during and after 100 days) as well as your order number.
- Return of bottles: to validate your request, all used bottles must be returned empty to our customer service.
Exclusions
- Product not used as recommended (irregular or interrupted applications).
- Products intentionally damaged or contents altered.
