Right of withdrawal
In accordance with current legislation, you have 14 days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal.

Return conditions
- Products must be returned unopened, unused and in their original packaging.
- Return costs are the responsibility of the customer (unless there is an error attributable to MicoZen).
- After receipt and verification of the returned product, a full refund will be carried out within a maximum period of 14 days.

Beyond the legal deadline
No refund or credit can be granted after the legal period of 14 days has expired.
