General Conditions of Sale (CGV)

1. Purpose
These conditions govern the sales of MicoZen cosmetic products via the site www.micozen.com.

2. Products
Cosmetic products intended for external use (nail serums).

3. Price
Prices in euros including tax. Self-employed not subject to VAT (art. 293 B of the CGI).

4. Order and payment
Online payment by credit card, PayPal or any other means offered on the site.

5. Delivery
Delivery times: 2 to 5 working days in mainland France. 5 to 10 days to Europe.
The costs are indicated before validation of the order.

6. Withdrawal and returns
The customer has 14 days after receipt to exercise his right of withdrawal.
Products accepted only unopened, unused, in their original condition.
Full refund made within 14 days of receipt of the return.
Outside of this legal framework, MicoZen may offer a credit.
